MAY CLUB MEETING MINUTES

Meeting Commenced 7:30

·         Treasurer reported $419.43 in account and Raffle coordinator reported $170.00

·         President discussed

        --   Wounded warrior TX on 03JUN at Munden point.  Encouraged all to continue support and noted additional information would be forthcoming. Additionally asked that all who wanted to be boat Captains provide their info soonest.

        --   Announced the region had elected a new TX director (Wayne Hayes)

        -- Reviewed 6 man results.  Congrats to Mike M for making the State Team

        -- Discussed family fishing clinics and youth events on 02JUN, 04AUG and 06OCT and the need to have maximum participation.

·         Secretary reviewed APR meeting minutes.

·         Club agreed to draw for all non boaters in the future. Next draw will be at the 12JUN club meeting

·         Reviewed region 7 TX dates/locations as :

**  19MAY2012: Munden PT

 **  16JUN2012: Potomac

·         Reviewed club TX dates as follows:

        **  20MAY2012: Perquimans; City Ramp;  530 or safe light to 3:00 limit five 14" fish)
